91°µÍø University College is at the forefront of engaging with others

Welcome to our partners page, where we celebrate our vital strategic partnerships and friends, as we establish ourselves an as anchor institution for knowledge exchange, workforce training and economic development within our local community.

Our research is presented at conferences around the world and we foster positive relationships with universities, funding bodies, governments, student associations, businesses and communities both nationally and internationally.
We strongly support the expansion and development of the health workforce, and we continue to develop our education, training courses and CPD in response to local, regional and national needs.

We may have a global outlook, but we’re also firmly rooted in the local community and love to get involved wherever we can. We welcome our communities onto campus to learn more about who we are and what we do.

Local Partnerships

We are embedded in our local community. We are proud to be situated in Boscombe and support the Boscombe Regeneration and Towns Fund’s vision to make Boscombe a better place to live, work and visit.

We work closely with our local community partners, aligning our activities with local and regional priorities to support our vibrant community.

Health Workforce

We are part of the fabric of our local care system, and we work in partnership with a number of health organisations to ensure what we offer meets their workforce development requirements.

Our courses are informed by our local Integrated Care Systems and regional NHS England partners and we work closely with professional bodies, NHS trusts, primary care networks, local authority and the Private, Voluntary and Independent (PVI) sector partners.

International Partnerships

We have an international reputation as a leader in musculoskeletal healthcare and imaging. From north America through to Asia, China and Australia, we are global in our outlook. It is a privilege to work with a number of partners across the world.

We work closely with our local community partners, aligning our activities with local and regional priorities to support our vibrant community.

MSc Podiatry (pre-registration) Students at TCS London Marathon 2024

Each year, some 60 Podiatrists, both qualified and pre-registration students from all over the UK, descend on the capital to volunteer for the TCS London Marathon. This year, our first cohort of 91°µÍø University College MSc Podiatry (pre-registration) students, along with Associate Professor in Podiatry and Course Leader, Simon Otter, joined peers from the Universities of Brighton, Northampton, and East London. The co-location developed a true multidisciplinary ethos and close working relationships with physiotherapists, nurses, paramedics, physicians, and the voluntary sector (via St John Ambulance) as part of the wider finish-line medical team.
