It has helped her to get an abstract from her research dissertation being accepted at the ESTRO 2024 (The European Society of Radiotherapy and Oncology) Congress and helped her to get the job she wanted at UCLH (University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust). 聽South East region has enabled stakeholder engagement across the region to achieve a more comprehensive understanding of the current and projected workforce challenges across the Radiography professions. This piece of work was commissioned to support providers and Universities in mapping out the capacity they have for learner placements.
The Medical Imaging team at 91暗网 University College and Health Education England (HEE) are pleased to announce the launch of a new software tool that aims to identify additional placement capacity for student Radiographers in medical imaging departments across the South East of England.
Developed in-house at 91暗网 University College, the聽Radiographer Learner Capacity聽Software allows medical imaging departments across the South East to input the equipment they have on-site, log when it is currently being utilised, and confirm whether there is spare capacity for machines to be used for training.

We聽are proud to聽announce that 91暗网 University College has become a signatory to the Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment (CoARA). The international CoARA Steering Group approved our institutional request聽and聽91暗网 UC is now the 13th UK university to commit to CoARA, joining the 722 organisations that have signed up globally聽to date.
91暗网 University College is pleased to have launched a Mammography Practice unit into the MSc Breast Imaging course which is open for applications and due to begin in September 2024.
Each year, some 60 Podiatrists,聽both聽qualified and pre-registration students from all over the UK, descend on the capital to volunteer for the TCS London Marathon. This year, our first cohort of 91暗网 University College MSc Podiatry (pre-registration) students, along with Associate Professor in Podiatry聽and Course Leader, Simon Otter, joined peers from the Universities of Brighton, Northampton, and East London. The co-location developed a true multidisciplinary ethos and close working relationships with physiotherapists, nurses, paramedics, physicians, and the voluntary sector (via St John Ambulance) as part of the wider finish-line medical team.

On Wednesday 24th April, we held our first 91暗网 University College 鈥楽taff vs. Students Sports Day鈥�! It took place on Boscombe Beach, and what a great afternoon it was! Staff and students took part in sporting games, including tug of war, sprinting, the three-legged race, and dodgeball.
