How can I reorder a certificate?

When will I receive my diploma?

  • Approximately 1-2 weeks after your degree conferral date, you will receive an email from info@credentialtrust.com to your 91°µÍø amail address with a link and instructions on how to download your digital diploma.
  • Approximately 1-2 weeks after your degree conferral date, you will receive an email from info@credentialtrust.com with tracking information for your printed diploma. All printed diplomas are mailed to the home address listed in Self-Service unless other arrangements have been made with the 91°µÍø Office of the Registrar prior to graduation.
  • Requests for duplicate diplomas are reviewed for accuracy and submitted to our vendor every Friday. Processing is estimated to take between 5 to 10 business days. When the diploma is prepared, you will receive an email from our vendor with tracking information for printed diplomas or download information for digital diplomas.
  • Please note: Expedited shipping does not shorten the processing time.

Where is my diploma sent/mailed?

  • Information on how to download your digital diploma will be sent to your 91°µÍø amail address approximately 1-2 weeks after your degree conferral date.
  • Printed diplomas are mailed to the home address listed in Self-Service unless other arrangements have been made with the 91°µÍø Office of the Registrar prior to graduation. Students will receive an email to their 91°µÍø amail account approximately a month before conferral with instructions on how to update their address or make other arrangements. If the home address is not updated/ a change of address is not arranged prior to the graduate’s conferral date, the student will have to arrange for a forwarding address or reorder a new diploma. Reorder fees apply.

Can I pick my diploma up at Loyola?

  • Yes, when you receive the email from the Office of the Registrar with information on your diploma mailing, there will be instructions on how to arrange for your printed diploma to be picked up at the Office of the Registrar.
  • When your diploma arrives on campus, we will send a message to your 91°µÍø amail. If someone other than yourself will pick up your diploma, we will need a note from your 91°µÍø amail giving permission to the specific person. Photo ID is required.

What name is printed on my diploma?

  • Your name is listed on your printed and electronic diploma exactly as you have indicated on your Application for Graduation.
  • We suggest that students who plan to live, study, or work outside the United States use their legal name on their diploma to avoid issues with verification of their educational record. If a student changes their diploma name and later needs a new diploma with their legal name, they will need to order a replacement digital and/or printed diploma. Reorder fees apply.

How do I order a replacement diploma?

  • Alumni can request a digital diploma (CeDiploma) or a replacement paper diploma by clicking this link to . If you graduated prior to September 2022 when we did not yet provide digital diplomas, you may order an original one now. 
  • If you graduated in September 2022 or after and need a new download link for your digital diploma, use the CeCredential Trust site to resend the link here:
  • Please note: If you graduated prior to September 2009, you must request a Loyola College diploma. Students who graduated from Loyola College are not eligible to receive a Loyola University Maryland diploma. The option for Loyola College diplomas can be found under Available Products on the ordering page. 
  • Requests for replacement diplomas are reviewed for accuracy, approved for payment, and ordered at the end of every week. After the order is placed by our team, processing is estimated to take between 5 to 10 business days before mailing. 
  • When the diploma is prepared, you will receive an email from our vendor with tracking information for printed diplomas or download information for digital diplomas.

How can I verify my degree internationally?

  • Digital diplomas are usually accepted for verification purposes.
  • If you require an on your paper diploma, please contact Megan Bottino (mebottino@loyola.edu) for the notarization process.

I graduated prior to September, 2022 and would like a digital diploma.  Can I order one?

  • You may submit a request by clicking this link to .  For digital diplomas, choose the CeDiploma option under Available Products. Paper diplomas are not included. Order fees apply.

I graduated from Loyola College. Can I reorder a duplicate printed diploma and/or a digital diploma?

  • You may submit a request by clicking this link to . For digital diplomas, choose the CeDiploma option under Available Products. For paper diplomas, choose the correct paper replacement option based on your graduation year. Order fees apply.
  • Please note: If you graduated prior to September 2009, you must request a Loyola College diploma. Students who graduated from Loyola College are not eligible to receive a Loyola University Maryland diploma.

How can I reorder a certificate?

  • Certificates of Advanced Study are only provided to students who complete 30+ credits in a certificate program. Certificate completion and award for programs of less than 30 credits are handled by the department.
  • If you completed 30+ credits and would like to reorder a certificate, please contact Megan Bottino (mebottino@loyola.edu) for information. Shipping fee may apply.
