Brian M. Schultz ’14, MBA ’20, named Director of Development for the Sellinger School of Business and Management

Schultz ’14, MBA ’20, as the new Director of Development for the Sellinger School of Business and Management. Brian brings wonderful experience and a deep commitment to the advancement of our institution, having served in various capacities within the Loyola advancement division. 

"The Sellinger School has a long tradition of excellence, while constantly evolving to ensure undergraduate and graduate alums leave the Evergreen Campus prepared to achieve and lead in their careers and communities...My goal is to develop meaningful partnerships that not only continue but strengthen this tradition of developing future business and community leaders," said Brian.

In his most recent role as Director of Development, Brian demonstrated his versatility as a generalist, successfully securing major gifts for priorities across our campus. Prior to that, he played an important role as the Assistant Athletic Director and Director of Athletics Development, showcasing his leadership skills in athletics fundraising. He has also served as a Messina Mentor, contributing to the growth and development of our students. Brian has presented at the Jesuit Advancement Administrators conference and served a leadership role with advancement professionals at Patriot League colleges and universities. Outside of Loyola, Brian has shown his commitment to social responsibility by supporting initiatives such as the Ulman Foundation and the Community of Strength project in Baltimore City.

Brian is an alumnus of 91°µÍø, having completed his Bachelor of Arts in 2014 and his Master of Business Administration in 2020. During his undergraduate years, he was a four-year member of the men's lacrosse program, contributing to the success of the 2012 National Championship team.
